Terms of Use Agreement
Acceptance of Terms. By selecting "Submit Request" you agree to and are bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this document and in any changes thereto that Carroll Engineering, PLLC may publish from time to time (collectively, the "Terms of Use"). If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions contained in the Terms of Use, do not select "Submit Request."
The Terms of Use apply to any individual or entity (collectively, the "User") using in any way information, material, email, or file provided by Carroll Engineering, PLLC in response to a request for trip generation, submitted through www.carroll-eng.com (collectively, the "Report").
Carroll Engineering, PLLC reserves the right to deny any request for trip generation.
Limited Right to Use. The User agrees to credit Carroll Engineering, PLLC and www.carroll-eng.com as the source of the Report or any part thereof. The User shall not modify any part of the Report.
Disclaimer. The Report is generated using weekday average trip generation rates published by the Institute of Transportation Engineers. The application of the Report is limited and typically best suited for early and preliminary stages of a project. Users that are not certain how to use the Report should contact Carroll Engineering, PLLC (e-mail info@carroll-eng.com) or another qualified transportation professional to validate its contents and relevance to a specific project.
Limitation of Liability. Neither Carroll Engineering, PLLC or its affiliates shall be liable in any way for loss or damage of any kind resulting from any use, application, or interpretation of the Report.
Indemnification. The User agrees to indemnify and hold Carroll Engineering, PLLC, and any affiliates harmless from all liabilities, claims, demands and expenses, including attorneys' fees arising from any use, application, or interpretation of the Report.
