From its inception in 2005, our firm has been structured to provide the highest level of expertise and value to our clients. Carroll Engineering, PLLC is a highly specialized firm that targets projects and clients with transportation needs. Our small size allows us to be experts in our field and seamlessly partner with your project team.

Diego Carroll, P.E. is the founder of Carroll Engineering, PLLC. He oversees the technical aspects of our projects and personally interfaces with our clients and government agencies. The firm also leverages strategic partnerships with other local transportation professionals to ensure the success of large or time sensitive projects.

Mr. Carroll is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and has a Masters degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Transportation Planning. He worked for two Utah engineering firms prior to founding the firm. Additionaly Mr. Carroll served for two years as the Transportation Aide to the President of the Utah State Senate. Mr. Carroll is familiar with the transportation policy trends of the region and in tune to the political and technical intricacies of transportation issues.
